The 7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB TX, requires the purchase and installation of furniture for Bldgs.6126/6127/6136/6137 . Please see the attached RFQ, SOW and Salient Characteristics for more details.

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION:

E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote.

Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

1. Complete (must be signed) Page 3 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*)

2. The contractor shall provide salient characteristics with their quote.

3. A period of performance must be stated with submitted offers.

*If a contractor’s equivalent document is used, all required information from this RFQ must be stated. *

Deadline for questions: Please submit questions to the email address, samuel.gonzales.1@us.af.mil, NLT 22 September 2025, 8:00 a.m. (CST). An amendment will be issued with answering all questions received.
