SCOPE: JAHVH Tampa Mental Health is requesting Comfortex brand name or equal mattresses to be installed throughout the Mental Health Clinic and Domiciliary. The scope includes delivery, installation, and training for staff on the proper use and maintenance of the new beds. PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Equipment must have physical characteristics to enable the government to perform the capabilities in accordance with the Statement of Need
