The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8 is seeking a business to provide Brand Name or Equal, TRI WG Parallel Bar TWG0542.SD and Tapered Extension for Parallel Bars to the VA Medical Facility, VA Caribbean Healthcare System. Businesses may respond by submitting a qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Email, Unique Entity Identifier Code, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc), Federal Supply Schedule Contract Number if applicable, and a capability statement to the requirement. Provide evidence that your business can provide the requested items to include past/and or current contracts for the same requirement, and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities. To be eligible for an award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be sent to darrin.alexander2@va.gov no later than September 15, 2025, at 13:00 Hours Eastern Standard Time.
