7A--AMBIENT ADJUSTED RATING (AAR) CALCULATOR

Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) is seeking potential sources capable of providing and installing a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Ambient Adjusted Rating (AAR) calculator. This sources sought is a government market research tool to determine if there are capable businesses that can perform the requirements. All interested parties are invited to respond to this announcement.
The technical characteristics identified in Attachment 1 – Technical Characteristics (Attachment 1) represent the minimum requirements. If your organization can provide a product that can meet these requirements, you may indicate your interest in providing this product by providing the following information:
I. Business Information (no more than 1 page)
a. Business Name
b. SAM UEI Number
c. Business Size
i. If small business (SB)-
1. SB under which North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes?
2. Are you a part of any Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) vehicle? If so, which GWAC(s)?
ii. If large business-
1. Do you use resellers?
2. Do you currently partner with SB?
3. Are you willing to partner with SB for a portion of the project?

II. Capability Statement demonstrating minimum compliance with Attachment 1 (no more than 8 pages)
III. Past Performance Statement detailing relevant knowledge and experience (no more than 1 page)

Any questions should be addressed in writing to the point of contact in accordance with the sources sought announcement. Responses submitted via hardcopy or FedConnect shall not be accepted or considered. This is a sources sought announcement only, questions may not receive a response. No feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submission. However, WAPA may contact sources to gather additional information as required.
