Cisco Equipment Maintenance Service Plan

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0079.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 dated 06/11/2025.

NAICS: 811210: Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with associated standard size of $34 million.

This requirement is not set aside for small businesses.

Place of Performance: Various locations in Alaska.

Period of Performance are for estimates only: 09/01/2025 to 08/31/2026 and four Option years subject to availability of funds.

Evaluation will be based on Tradeoff method.

Offerors must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate their capability to perform the required services. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration.

Please provide the following information:
1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc on Block 13 to 16 and FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 check marks and signature required
2. Technical submission. Include information regarding technical qualifications and experience sufficient for government to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work.
3. Listings of prior relevant and recent contracts with project description and two or more professional references with contacts
4. Firm, fixed price quote, including price for Base Year and each Option Years in a separate document
5. System for Award Management UEI
