    Installation of SVTC equipment, microphones, and integration of JTIC/DISA-approved matrix equipment within Building 1758. The work includes the prompt installation of all hardware and software necessary to support secure (SIPR) and non-secure IP-based video teleconferencing (VTC) systems.
