BIOANALYTICAL SERVICE CONTRACT

The scope of this work is to purchase an annual preventative maintenance service agreement for the diagnostic equipment at the Dorado Lab in Puerto Rico.  This service includes onsite visits from technicians, inspection and replacement of specific parts of the equipment that wear out or are broken with some exceptions.  As well as to provide customer service when there are issues with the instruments that result in delays or work stoppages.

The intended source for this acquisition is BioAnalytical Instruments.

The proposed contractor, BioAnalytical Instruments is the only company within Puerto Rico that is capable of providing the service maintenance and/or calibration on the equipment under the warranty terms.
