95--REPLACE DECK BOARDS W/COMPOSITE DECK BOA

The USGS Wetland and Aquatic Research Center has a requirement to remove the existing swamp deck boards and installing 2350 sq ft of new composite deck boards and check handrails.

- Subject to availability of funds FAR Clause 52.232-18.
- Work will take place in the following county in Louisiana: Lafayette Parish
- Period of Performance is 30 days after notice to proceed is issued.
- The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000
- Request for Quotes (RFQ) 140G0125Q0077 will close July 25, 2025, 10:00 am pacific time.
- A site visit will be held on May 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CENTRAL TIME CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. For site visit information please refer to FAR Clauses 52.236-27 and 52.236-27A*1. If you are planning to attend please email either Dayna Parkin or Stuart Thibodeaux at dparkin@usgs.gov or thibodeauxs@usgs.gov to provide you're the names who are going, and emails along with phone numbers no later than 24 hours before the site visit starts.
- The NAICS Code is 238910. The size standard is $19.0 million. This acquisition will be an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside.
- The anticipated award date of the contract is August 01, 2025. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/portal to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be emailed to dparkin@usgs.gov. Faxed Quotes will not be accepted.

- Amendment 0001 has been implemented to change the SAM.gov description wording from: This acquisition will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. To: This acquisition will be an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. Also update the NAICS code in FAR Clause 52.204-8 in section (a)(1) from: 238190 to: 238910.

- Amendment 0002 has been implemented to remove the Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. The statement of work has been updated refer to B08 Attachment 7 Updated Statement of Work. The changes that have been made are in red font. The closing date has been extended from: 06/11/2025 at 10:00 am pacific standard time to: 07/25/2025 at 10:00 am pacific standard time. Amendment 0003 has been implemented to provide another site visit for July 30, 2025, at 10:00 am eastern time. Also, the closing date has been extended from: July 25, 2025, at 10:00 am pacific standard time to August 5, 2025, at 10:00 am pacific standard time.

Amendment 0005 has been implemented to update the statement of work in paragraph 5.5.4 Special Considerations the last sentence from: Contract must have a valid Louisiana Contractor's License. To: Contractor must have a valid contractor's licenses. Please refer to B08 Updated Statement of Work 2. The change that has been was made are in light blue font. The site visit's time zone needs to be updated from: Wednesday July 30, 2025, at 10:00 am eastern time. To: Wednesday July 30, 2025, at 10:00 am central time.
