Please ensure your base pass request has been submitted to me by 2PM PDT on 5/18/2026 if you do not have base access to Nellis AFB to ensure you have access by the date of the site visit. Questions are due by close of business 5/26/2026. Answers will be provided via a solicitation amendment.
