This acquisition is 100% 8(a) Competitive Set-aside under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 531390 ? Other Activities Related to Real Estate ? with a small business size standard of $19,500,000.00. The proposed solicitation number will be W15QKN-26-R-A037. The solicitation will be posted on or about 30 March 2026 via SAM at SAM.gov/. The official due date for all proposals will be stated in the official solicitation. The due date for any questions in regards to the solicitation shall be included in the ?Instruction to Offerors? section of the solicitation.Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
