THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. This procurement will result in one (1) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Architect-Engineer services for Geotechnical Engineering at various military facilities and installations located in the NAVFAC SW Area of Responsibility (AOR), including California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah, but may also include work worldwide. The preponderance of work is expected to be in Southern California.These services will be procured in accordance with 40 USC Chapter 11, Selection of Architects and Engineers, as implemented by FAR Subpart 36.6. The IDIQ contract will be for a base period of two (2) years and three (3) one (1) year option periods. The total fee for the contract term shall not exceed $30,000,000. The guaranteed minimum for the contract term (including option years) is $1,000. Firm-fixed price task orders will be negotiated for this contract. The minimum value of individual task orders executed under this contract is $25,000 and the maximum value is $2,000,000. There will be no dollar limit per year. Multiple task orders may be awarded with similar completion schedules and overlapping delivery dates. The estimated start date is May 2026.Required A-E services for this contract include, but are not limited to, the following: a. Geotechnical Investigation, Analyses, and Reports; b. Fault Rupture Hazard Investigations; c. Landslide Investigations / Reconnaissance; d. Geophysical Surveys; e. Geotechnical / Geologic Forensic Investigations; f. Construction Support and Testing; g. Environmental / Hazardous Materials Investigations; h. Utility Investigations; i. Topographic Surveys / Maps; j. Seismic Evaluations.Please see attached synopsis for full description/instructions.
