A-E SERVICES TYPE C - CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION AND TESTING SERVICES - BASE PARKING LOTS

The Government intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract to Bowen Collins & Associates LLC address: 154 E 14075 S Draper, UT 84020 for A-E Services Type C - Construction Inspection and Testing Services in support of Construction Project USEB182303 to Repair Base Parking Lots at the Roland R. Wright Air National Guard Base in Salt Lake City, UT. The anticipated Period of Performance for these services shall be concurrent with the award of the associated construc­tion project. 

This award is to be made on a sole-source basis as permitted by FAR 6.302-l(a){2) (iii). The justification document for this award will be made public at a later date as required by FAR 6.305. This notice of intent is not a request for compettive pro­posals or a solicitation of offers. No solicitation documentation is available. A de­termination by the UTANG will not open this requirement to competition based upon any written responses to this notice.
