AATTC TRAILER RECONFIGURATION

The 139th Mission Support Group contracting office intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the AATTC South Trailer Reconfiguration project including updating an existing room into a network access café by installing three new quad network access ports, relocating the existing network cabinet, providing an external raceway system with network-appropriate CAT6 cabling, re-directing in-floor power, and reconfiguring existing door access to select doors, installation of a continuous exterior-rated vapor barrier behind skirting, insulation of piping under trailers and heat tape for sewer lines, installation of a lockable access panel, sealing of the building envelope where needed, and placement of a new awning over the exposed entry door with reuse of existing components where feasible. Additionally, prepare North trailers for removal, structural inspection and repairs to the existing decking that joined North and South trailer groups, construction of new guardrail and stairs on decking, removal of cameras and low-voltage wiring from North trailers, removal of North trailer skirting and lockable access panel. The contract duration will be 30 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45,000,000. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
