ABA TRANSPORTATION SERVICES - NEW ORLEANS, LA

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the U.S. Access Board (ABA), is seeking quotes for Transportation Services as described in the attached solicitation.

The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order to the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable offeror. The FFP task order will include one (1) 3-day Period of Performance of 07/08/2025 – 07/10/2025. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the required tasks for this solicitation. This document outlines the required documents for submission as well as outlines the evaluation process.

This requirement will be solicited utilizing NAICS code 485991 Special Needs Transportation.

INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS

Interested offeror shall email questions to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the subject line “Questions for RFQ 20380225Q00007, Attn: JSwann/JMiller” due no later than 10:00 AM EST on Tuesday 05/20/2025.

Quotes are due no later than 10:00 AM EST Friday 05/23/2025, and must follow these instructions:

• Only use Microsoft Office compatible files or Adobe PDF. Other file extensions will not be accepted.
• In addition to the quotes for all requirements, all information required in the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your offer.
• Completion of Attachment A Pricing Worksheet is required for all offer submissions.
• Only electronic offers will be accepted for this solicitation. Email your complete quote to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line “Quotes for RFQ 20380225Q00007, Attn: JSwann/JMiller.

Only complete quotes submitted to the e-mail address above, by the established due date, will be considered.  Any quotes submitted after the established closing date and time will not be guaranteed consideration.
