No capability statements or responses were received. In accordance with FAR 13.106¿1(b), the Government is issuing this RFQ prior to making any potential award. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is not a competitive procurement. Only ATS is expected to submit a quotation. The Government reserves the right not to award based on this RFQ and makes no commitment to award as a result of this announcement.
