A Pre-Solicitation Conference for this requirement will be held via Microsoft Teams on 28 May 2026, from 10:00 A.M. -11:00 A.M., Central Standard Time (CST). Interested Offerors shall submit their intent to participate with the company?s name, CAGE code, and name and email address of personnel who will be attending to Morgan Simo, Contract Specialist, via email at morgan.d.simo.civ@us.navy.mil and Frances J.
