The proposed solicitation number is SPE7M1-26-R-0007 and will be available on the DLA DIBBS website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 5/30/2026. There is no active solicitation at this time. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.

While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
