1. Purpose

This Special Notice is to inform the industry that the award of HC104726D0002 is purely an administrative action that is being taken due to contract writing system and reporting system issues that need to be corrected prior to DISA’s transition to a new contract writing system. The issues stem from a novation agreement between ValidaTek Inc and CVTEK JV for HC104719D2041 that was executed on June 4, 2025. The following is provided to industry for clarity on the administrative creation of HC104626D0002.

No New Business Opportunity: These actions are purely administrative and are a result of a consummated novation agreement. This notice does not constitute a new procurement, a solicitation for proposals, or an on-ramping of any new vendors to the SETI vehicle.
