ADO - LIVESTOCK PIPELINE MATERIAL SUPPLY

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 140L4025Q0038 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of July 24, 2025 and a close date of August 8, 2025. The solicitation documents and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2025-04. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 325211 with a size standard of 1,250.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Albuquerque District Office has a requirement in soliciting quotes on a competitive basis for qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for Livestock Pipeline Material Supply.

Award will be made to the offeror providing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://sam.gov. The solicitation due date is August 8, 2025, 1700 MD.
