AETC MARKETING & ADVERTISING INDUSTRY DAY NOTICE

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

Headquarters Air Education and Training Command (HQ AETC) will host an Industry Day on 01 May 2025 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (CST) to provide interested parties with additional information and solicit feedback on the HQ AETC marketing and recruiting efforts. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) and should not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. No ultimate acquisition strategy has been determined, and the information requested by this special notice will be used for informational and planning purposes only. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and will be provided at no cost to the Government.

AETC’s Marketing Industry Day will be held at the University of Texas at San Antonio National Security Collaboration Center, 506 Dolorosa St. San Antonio, TX 78204.

For the purposes of this special notice, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541810, Advertising Services, and the small business size standard is $25.5M.

II. VENDOR RESPONSE

Registration is required for attendance. Companies interested in attending the Industry Day MUST respond to this Special Notice, no other notice will be posted.

To register please use the attached link below named AETC's Marketing Industry Day. Please register by 25 April 2025 at 4:00 pm (CST). Limit the number of attendees to two (2) per company. At no point during Industry Day will proprietary information be discussed.

ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 25 April 2025 AT 1:00 PM (CST).
