    Original Published Date - 8/5/2025: This is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Atmospheric Early Warning System (AEWS) Program Management Office (PMO) intends to award a single five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract (with a two-year extension option IAW FAR 52.217-9) for the AN/FPS-124 Short Range Radar System. The AEWS consists of 36 operational AN/FPS-124 Short Range Radar sites across Canada. This acquisition will be conducted using full and open competition (FAR 6.101). Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for any amendments to this solicitation. The Government requires services for the production and installation of 28-foot composite radome assemblies, spare parts, data deliverables, travel to and from radar sites, shipping, development and delivery of training material, as well as, disassembly and disposal of the legacy radomes. Contract Details: Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), Period of Performance: Five (5) Years, with a two (2) year extension option (FAR 52.217-9), NAICS Code: 811210 (Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance), Small Business Size Standard: $34 Million, Total Contract Period of Performance: Not expected to exceed nine (9) years, Pricing Arrangements: Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursement.
