AGUA CHIQUITA PIPELINE SUPPLY SACRAMENTO RANGER DISTRICT LINCOLN NATIONAL FOREST

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation 127EAV25Q0041: Agua Chiquita Pipeline Supply Sacramento Ranger District Lincoln National Forest is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Lincoln National Forest New Mexico has a requirement for the acquisition of rangeland improvement supplies for water development. The applicable NAICS is 332996-Fabricated Pipe and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing, for which the small business size standard is 550 Employees (PSC: 4710- Pipe Tube and Rigid Tubing). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 dated June 11, 2025. The result of this requirement will be a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide pricing in accordance with the Schedule of Items and specifications/salient characteristics sheet.

1. Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than 1700 Mountain time on August 6, 2025. Questions will only be accepted via email. Emails should be addressed to the attention of the Contracting Specialist, Shavera Leveille at shavera.leveille@usda.gov.
2. Deadline for Responses: 1700 Mountain Time on August 15, 2025.
3. Period of Performance: 08/25/2025-10/24/2025
4. Basis for Award: The award will be made based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer that is capable of successfully fulfilling the requirements in accordance with the attached Supply Specification/Salient Characteristics sheet listed in Section C to the Government’s approval and acceptance. Vendor shall complete the table in Section B-Schedule of Items with their offered prices. Vendor shall submit quote with Firm Fixed pricing to include delivery to destination. Failure to provide adequate information will result in the offer not being placed in the eligibility group of technically acceptable, which will remove the offer from further consideration.
