AIR SHOW WALK-THRU WEAPONS DETECTION SYSTEM

This requirement will result in the award of a firm-fixed price contract, under Full and Open competition, for the procurement of sixteen (16) portable walk-through weapons detection system security screening lanes. It is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as an RFQ.

SCOPE OF WORK - The contractor is responsible for providing all resources, including but not limited to equipment, fuel, batteries, tools, materials, training, supervision, and troubleshooting services, required to execute security screening operations for the 2025 Air Show at Joint Base Andrews (JBA). These operations will take place on the Eastside Flightline, Westside Flightline, and at the Northwest Stadium/Largo MD location in support of the 316th Security Support Group (MSG) at JBA.
