Requirement: The Government seeks to identify potential sources that possess the capability to satisfy agency requirements for an Air Vehicle Computer (AVC) for military rotary wing Air Vehicle System (AVS) and to procure a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) or modified COTS Air Vehicle Computer. This computer will serve as a centralized, safety-critical processing unit within an air vehicle, consolidating functions such as general processing, graphics and video processing, and data distribution into a single Line Replaceable Unit (LRU). The system must be designed with a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) to ensure interoperability, reusability, and future growth. Additionally, an Operational Flight Program (OFP) is currently in development; the proposed AVC solution must be capable of hosting and executing this OFP Air Vehicle Computer (AVC) for military rotary Air Vehicle System (AVS).
