    Tool specifications are included in the description for each contract line item.  There are no specific regulations regarding required tool composition.  However, all tools and materials shall be certified by the manufacturer as meeting established industry standards and, as applicable, those of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), other regulatory agencies needed so the tools may be used in maintenance of commercial aircraft.

    NOTE: All quote pricing data shall be entered for each contract line item included in the Standard Form 1449 solicitation.  Submission of a quote response in any other format will not be considered compliant and may not be evaluated for award consideration.
