Description: Verify the "rectifier failure" and provide a detailed Condition Found Report (CFR) listing any cascading damage.
CLIN 0002: Rectifier Repair & Calibration (FFP - Base Repair)
Quantity: 1 Job
Description: Repair/replace the rectifier assembly, calibrate, and fully test the unit back to operational standards IAW the PWS.
A site visit and equipment inspection will be held to allow prospective quoters to visually inspect the Aircraft Power Converter prior to submitting a quote.Site Visit: Wednesday, 05 August 2026 at 900 A.M. EDT, Location: Hangar 254, 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03803. RSVP & Base Access: Offerors planning to attend must RSVP no later than Monday, 03 August 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT. Submit the names of all attendees, company name, and driver’s license numbers to the points of contact listed below. Failure to RSVP by the deadline may result in denial of base access.
All technical or contractual questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than Monday, 10 August 2026 at 5:00 P.M. EDT to Keith Abbott at keith.r.abbott.civ@army.mil and Richard Trafton at Richard.C.Trafton.civ@army.mil. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. If the Government responses to technical questions affect any portion of the solicitation then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued.
