1. Solicitation notice.

a. This is a Solicitation notice for a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

2. Set-Asides: Not Applicable.

3. Codes for Services or Supplies.

a. Product Service Code (PSC): 5835 - Sound Recording and Reproducing Equipment.

b. NAICS Code: 334310 – Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing.

4. Description.

a. Description of Supplies or Services: The 60th Operation Support Squadron (60 OSS) requires an authorized contractor to provide, install, and configure a turnkey telephone voice recording system for the Airfield Management at Travis AFB. This requirement is Brand Name Only Eventide NexLog 740 DX recording system, which is on the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) Approved Products List and must hold a Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certification. See Solicitation SF 1449 and corresponding attachments for full detail of this requirement.

c. Technical Data: In accordance with the solicitation.

e. All responsible sources may submit a quotation as appropriate and in accordance with the solicitation.

h. Specifications, technical data, and other pertinent information: In accordance with the solicitation.

i. Brand name specifications: Brand Name Only Eventide NexLog 740 DX recording system in accordance with the solicitation.

5. Date, Time and place for receipt if offer.

a. RFQ Response Deadline: 7 August 2026 12:00 PM PDT. Revisions received after the solicitation close date/time will not be accepted unless requested by the CO.

b. Submission Method: Offers must be submitted electronically via email to both Point of Contacts listed.

c. Questions: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted to both the Point of Contacts no later than 29 July 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT. Any inquiry submitted past this deadline will not be accepted.
