NRCS IL WRE GRASS PLANTING MONTGOMERY, TAZEWELL COUNTY, IL

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) This solicitation number 12FPC125Q0032 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ), and the acquisition procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13 are being utilized. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed priced contract.

(iii) The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed priced purchase order. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote responds to the terms of the RFQ and is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer to the Government.

(iv) This solicitation document and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 effective June 11, 2025, can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov under the current FAR section.

(v) This is a 100 % set aside total small business. The applicable NAICS code is 115112 Soil Preparation, Planting & Cultivating which has a size standard of $9.5M. For more information on size standards visit http://www.sba.gov/size.

(vi) Line Item. Price Schedule ACEP WRE Grass Planting with pre-planning and post-planning site preparation for the Illinois State Office. The Offeror shall ensure that the total pricing includes ALL costs to complete this requirement.

Please see Attachment A - Statement of Work for location. The anticipated period of performance will be 11/17/25 - 01/27/26.
