AMENDMENT 0001 TO THE SOLICITATION FOR MULTI-PURPOSE LOW-ROOF 8-PASSENGER LIGHT COMMERCIAL MINIBUS – FOR THE U.S. EMBASSY ANKARA, TÜRKIYE 19TU1525Q4214SOL

AMENDMENT 0001 was issued to enact the following changes to Solicitation # 19TU1525Q4214SOL

1. Extension of Quotation Deadline: The deadline for receipt of offers is hereby extended from 3:30 p.m. (local time, GMT +3) on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, to 3:30 p.m. (local time, GMT +3) on Monday, September 22, 2025.
2. Revision to Section 3, Solicitation Provisions, Item 3: The requirement for “SAM Registration Proof (for offers > $30,000): UEI and NCAGE, and evidence of active SAM.gov registration” is hereby removed. In accordance with Acquisition Alert 25-40, contracting officers located outside the United States and its outlying areas, when supporting diplomatic or developmental operations, are no longer required to mandate registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Accordingly, SAM registration is not a prerequisite for contract award under these circumstances (see FAR 4.1102, which generally requires SAM registration prior to award).

Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remain unchanged and in full force and effect. No other changes to the solicitation document is enacted.
