Part 51, has determined CC-ROMO004-26 is a not a qualified contract and therefore, no preferred offeror for this contract exists. Site Visit The Service will not conduct a site visit. To the extent campgrounds are open and available for public access, Offerors are encouraged to visit campgrounds and become familiar with the area details for operating the Draft Contract services. A site visit is encouraged, but not required, to submit a proposal.
