Law No. 114-289 and 36 C.F.R. part 52 published in the Federal Register on January 17, 2025 and effect March 21, 2025. Additional information can be found at the link provided below. The RFP describes the business opportunity and the terms and conditions of the Management Agreement No. VA-BRCA003-25 (Draft Agreement). VEIA Opportunity VA-BRCA003-25 The Draft Agreement requires the Manager to provide the following commercial visitor services: Lodging Food and Beverage Retail Equipment Rental Guest Services (Public Laundry and Showers) Site Visit The NPS will host a site visit for entities interesting in responding to the RFP on May 8, 2025. The site visit provides interested entities an overview of the commercial operation and a tour of the Managed Facilities (land and real property managed by the Manager under the Draft Agreement). Registration is required to attend the site visit. Site visit is mandatory for all entities intending to respond to the RFP. To register, contact Greg Kimmitt, Branch Chief, Planning and Development, NPS Commercial Service Program at BRCA_VEIA@nps.gov, no later than May 1, 2025. Questions Due If you do not understand something in this RFP, you must submit your questions or comments to Greg Kimmitt, NPS Commercial Services Program via email at BRCA_VEIA@nps.gov no later than May 22, 2025. The questions must be in a format that allows the NPS to copy them to Microsoft Word. Submission of a Proposal Prior to the proposal deadline of July 10, 2025, you will receive a welcome email message from the NPSs Microsoft Teams platform at the email address you provided when you registered for the site visit. You must accept the invitation before you can access the Teams site to upload your proposal. Other than the original hardcopy of the Transmittal Letter and Attachment 1: Certification with handwritten signatures, the NPS will not accept proposals submitted in hardcopy or via another electronic platform, including email.
