PROPOSALS

A. The solicitation closing date has been extended. Proposals and all required documents shall be submitted no later than Friday, June 20, 2025, at 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), local Fort Belvoir time.

B. To encourage maximum participation on ALL line items, DLA Energy is opening a Question and Answer period starting Monday, June 2, 2025. All questions are due to DLA Energy no later than Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), local Fort Belvoir time.

Except as provided in this Amendment, all other terms and conditions set forth under solicitation SPE605-25-R-0208 and SPE605-25-R-0208 amendment 0003 remain in-force and unchanged.
