A sole source contract will be issued to Raytheon Company (CAGE: 15090), 1151 E Hermans Road,Bldg 807/H7, Tucson, AZ 85756, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 / RFO 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Additionally, there are no restrictions on foreign participation. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting a Statement of Capabilities, via email, to the Point of Contact Specified in this announcement.
