AN/PLT-4 (PROCUREMENT AND POST PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE SUPPORT OF NAVY TRANSMITTING SET, COUNTERMEASURE (TSC) AND LEGACY CHANNEL SYSTEMS)

This notice is being posted to satisfy the requirement of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement 206.302-1(d). The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Contracts Department, Code 02 intends to award on a sole source basis to Peraton Inc., (CAGE 0HD54), 12975 Worldgate Drive Ste 7322, Herndon, VA 20170-6008, USA for post-production maintenance support of current Navy Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW) Transmitting Set, Countermeasure (TCS) AN/PLT-4 systems and Navy CREW fixed installation Legacy Channel Systems. Award is expected to be made in August 2026, with deliveries specified in each order, over a five (5) year period, after date of award. Peraton Inc. is the only company that manufactures, sells, and provides AN/PLT-4 (Procurement and Post Production Maintenance Support of Navy Transmitting Set, Countermeasure (TSC) and Legacy Channel Systems.

This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 USC 2304(C)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be made available for this procurement..

All responding sources must email their response submissions no later than 27 May 2026 @ 4:00PM EST.
