The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for the requirement is 41 U.S.C. 1901 Simplified acquisition procedures as implemented in FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be a firm fixed price contract for an estimated 6-month contract with no option terms. The NAICS Code is 541714. Demonstrated expertise in: Murine neurogastroenterology models, including standardized tissue extraction protocols that preserve region-specific molecular signatures. Coordinated multi-omic data generation, encompassing RNA-seq and untargeted or targeted metabolomics, with a capacity to incorporate microbiome profiling. Integrated bioinformatics pipelines that can merge transcriptomic, metabolic, and microbial signatures from matched samples into a single analytical framework.
