Special Notice: Amendment W81K00-24-R-0003-P00001 as follows:

The purpose of this amendment to revise Attach 6-PWS_Anesthesia Services-Final 11-03-2023 as follows:
A. Paragraph 5.1.3b- Professional Qualification. Added this sentence: "If a supervising physician is required for the DEA number application, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to provide a supervising physician."
B. All Offerors shall acknowledge this amendment and return it with their offer.

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West has a requirement to procure a contract for a non-personal service(s) contract to provide Anesthesia Services. The Contractor shall provide HCP (10) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and (1) Physician – Anesthesiology in support for the Department of Anesthesia at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), EL Paso Texas. This requirement will be solicited as an 8(a) competitive procurement. Therefore, only 8(a) certified Small Businesses will be considered. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with base period of twelve (12) months, 01 August 2024 through 30 September 2025, plus four (4), 12-month option years. The Government reserves the right to exercise or not exercise the option periods as specified. The North American Industrial Classification System NAICS Code is 622110- General Medical and Surgical Hospitals, with a business size standard $47 million.

The solicitation number is W81K00-24-R-0003. The solicitation will be available at website (https://sam.gov/). Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates and /or amendments to any and/or all documents. Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to submitting a response to the solicitation and any award being made.
