    A second visit will be conducted for this requirement on 01/20/2026 at the Seattle Campus from 08:00 a.m. PST to 11:00 a.m. and 13:00 PST to 15:00 PST at the American Lake Campus. See Attachment Site Visit Instructions 01.20.2026 for advanced scheduling notice required.

    SDVOSB firms must have a 2025 Federal Contractor Report VETS-4212 filed with the Department of Labor.

    Offerors must be registered and a certified SDVOSB in the SBA DSBS database at time of offer and award to be considered eligible.
