Annual Transformer Oil Sampling and Analysis

2. Solicitation W9127N26QA085 is a Request For Quote, for an Annual Transformer Oil Sampling and Analysis for the Bonneville Lock and Dam. This is a firm fixed price commercial performancebased service contract for a 12-month base year plus four optional years that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government.

3. General Information: This effort is to include all associated characteristic required and described in the Performance Work  Statement - Attachment 1 - Annual Oil Samp - PWS

This solicitation is advertised as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 541380 - Testing Laboratories and Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $19M employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of active SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.

Submissions: Quotes are due no later than 09 July 2026, at 5:00 PM PST. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before the offer due date and time.
