ANTI-EXPOSURE SUITS

This is a Sources Sought Synopsis ONLY. This is not a solicitation  and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement will be issued. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested, nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The 28th Contracting Squadron, at Ellsworth AFB, SD, is conducting market research to identify any authorized distributors and resellers of Aerostar OTS Dry Undersuits, part number 601GBR006.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Interested parties who believe they are capable of meeting this requirement are invited to submit a capability statement. The statement must include, at a minimum:

1. Company Information: Company name, address, UEI, CAGE code, and point of contact (including name, title, phone, and email).

2. Business Size & Socio-Economic Status: Please identify your business size (Large, Small, etc.) and any socio-economic categories (e.g., 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Business, HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business) under NAICS code 315990.

3. Capability Narrative: If you are an authorized distributor/reseller of the product: Provide evidence of your authorized distributorship. State your company's capability to deliver this product and provide any relevant past performance information for similar deliveries to the U.S. Government.
