This survey is for market research purposes only. Only contractors capable of performing this type of work should respond to this notice.
INTRODUCTION
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is issuing this Sources Sought notice and conducting market research as a means to identify the interest and capabilities of both small and large business entities to provide architect-engineering (A-E) services for the USACE Great Lakes and Ohio River Division (LRD) Civil Works and Interagency and International Services (IIS) programs. The intention is to procure these A-E services through a qualifications-based selection at the task order level with all task orders to be issued as Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) task orders.
Task orders issued under this Regional A-E MATOC are anticipated to include a variety of A-E services with performance located within the geographical boundaries of USACE LRD. A-E services for task orders may include, but is not limited to the following activities:
The contractor will provide all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and administration as necessary to perform the work as described above for each task order to be issued.

BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART) OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is anticipated to be 541330 Engineering Services, which has a small business size standard of $25.5M in average annual receipts.
Place of Performance: Within the boundaries of USACE Great Lakes and Ohio River Division (LRD). Exact project locations will be specified on a task order basis.
Both Large and Small Business firms who are interested are encouraged to respond to this Sources Sought Notice.
Anticipated Solicitation: March 2027 (or earlier)
Anticipated Ordering Period: 60 Months (5-Year Ordering Period to issue Task Orders).
