VENDORS MUST LOG INTO PIEE TO VIEW ATTACHED SYNOPSIS FOR FULL DESCRIPTION: This contract is being procured in accordance with the Brooks Architect-Engineer (A-E) Act as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6 and EP 715-1-7 Architect-Engineer Contracting in USACE. This acquisition will be used to procure highly specialized historic preservation work as well as support additional customers requiring historic preservation services. The Government anticipates awarding a $20M Architect-Engineer Services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) MATOC with a pool of a minimum of 3 contractors. Place of Performance: This MATOC will primarily be used to support the National Cemetery Association (NCA), IMCOM, USACE Seattle District and other customers requiring historic preservation services. The geographic area of coverage of this MATOC is the Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying areas as defined by FAR Part 2.
