    Description

    Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues a special notice for the solicitation of 20 each Artillery Nuts (plain and hexagon) in support of the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). 

    Contractor’s responsibility will be determined as outlined in FAR 9.104-1. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and issue an award without discussions with Offerors (except for clarifications as described in FAR 15.306(a)).

    Contractors are responsible for providing their best price at the time of the quote submission.

    All quotes are due by 30 October 2025 at 1000 CT.

    All quotes shall include delivery to Rock Island Arsenal, IL 61299.

    Shipping costs must be included in the price.

    Certificate of Conformance must be provided.

    The requested delivery date is 27 February 2026.  On time delivery is critical. Therefore, the contractor must adhere to the delivery requirements. Early delivery is acceptable at no cost to the Government.

    Payment will be made by the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
