The bids are to be received no later than February 12, 2026, at 12:00pm est. Delivery will not be accepted sooner than April 01, 2026. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $15,000.00 or less. Each offer is required per FAR 52.212‑3 to complete their representations and certifications via the on-line Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
