ASPHALT PAVING MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT

The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify interested, responsible sources to support a requirement for paving materials and equipment at Biddle ANG Base in Horsham, PA.

This sources sought seeks to identify responsible potential sources to supply materials and equipment to patch potholes on Biddle ANG Base. Construction labor will be provided by the Government and is not being requested as a part of this notice. Biddle ANG Base requires the following:

Material:

• Wearing Course Asphalt – 9.5mm HMA PennDOT
• Binder Course Asphalt – 19mm HMA PennDOT
• Tack Coat (Liquid Asphalt)
• Aggregate – PennDOT 2A  

Equipment

• Small Asphalt Paver
• Small Asphalt Roller

This sources sought is being issued under NAICS Code 327999 All Other Miscellaneous Nonmetallic Mineral Product Manufacturing and PSC 5680 Miscellaneous Construction Materials. The small business size standard is 750 Employees.

This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Pricing information is not being requested at this time. This notice does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to a resultant solicitation separately from their response to this sources sought notice. To be considered a responsible potential source, an entity must be registered in the System for Award Management at SAM.gov.

Responses to the notice should not exceed one page, providing the following information: business name and address, UEI/CAGE code, size classification based on NAICS size standard and point of contact. If not all, please identify which aspects of the requirement your company can provide as well as if delivery of materials and equipment can be provided to Biddle ANG Base in Horsham, PA.
