Training Effectiveness: Training provided to government personnel must be comprehensive and effective, ensuring users can confidently operate and maintain the AV system.
0002 – Installation Period of performance is 90 Days ARO
Evaluation - Award will be based upon lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria on each item independently. All items and quantities in the LOM must be quoted. If Quotes are not in accordance with the attached LOM and do not meet the requirement, the quote will be considered ineligible for award. The offeror must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award.
