    Description

    Contract Line Items (CLINs): Note: All CLINs are Firm Fixed Price (FFP)

    0001 – Equipment The system must be compatible with multiple classified and unclassified networks. Services also include on-site training and ongoing support. All equipment provided must be TAA compliant. Training Effectiveness: Training provided to government personnel must be comprehensive and effective, ensuring users can confidently operate and maintain the AV system.

    0002 – Installation Period of performance is 90 Days ARO

    Evaluation - Award will be based upon lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria on each item independently. All items and quantities in the LOM must be quoted. If Quotes are not in accordance with the attached LOM and do not meet the requirement, the quote will be considered ineligible for award. The offeror must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award.

    Site visit will be required from an Audio Video specialist. The site visit will be on 26 June 2025 at 10:00AM CST. POC for the site visit will be Darrius Miller and can be reached at darrius.miller.2@us.af.mil or 901-356-4156.
