• on-axis can be precisely aligned with 5 degrees of freedom in x,y,z and in pitch and yaw. Travel ranges: x: ±10 mm; y: ±3 mm; z: ±50 mm; pitch and yaw: ±1.5°
• retractable optical port for in- and out-coupling of light for laser excitation of the sample and collection of fluorescence light
