This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0138. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 dated 01/17/2025. NAICS: 541380: Testing Laboratory, $16.5 Million. Subject to wage determination. Place of Performance: Vendor's facility. Period of Performance are estimates only: 08/01/2025 to 07/31/2027. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on tradeoff method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Please provide the following information: 1.
