    Radiocarbon analyses of samples collected from paleoseismological and landslide studies This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0138. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 dated 01/17/2025. NAICS: 541380: Testing Laboratory, $16.5 Million. Subject to wage determination. Place of Performance: Vendor's facility. Period of Performance are estimates only: 08/01/2025 to 07/31/2027. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on tradeoff method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Please provide the following information: 1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc on Block 13 to 16 and FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 check marks and signature required 2. Technical submission. Include information regarding technical qualifications and experience sufficient for government to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work.
