    BSEE Study for Downhole Commingling (DHC) Paleogene Reservoirs in the Gulf of America

    The purpose of this study is to determine if current BSEE policies regarding DHC in the Wilcox remain applicable or if there is an opportunity to update DHC policies specific to these developments. Please see the attached combined solicitation and synopsis for the details of this requirement and how to submit a quote.

    This is not a follow-on contract and is a new requirement. For situational awareness, a similar effort was awarded in 2010 to Knowledge Reservoir LLC under contract number INM10PX002063.
