Requirements This scope of work is to troubleshoot and repair circuit/compressor #2 on the B451 chiller. Additionally, the scope shall include a full recharge of refrigerant, replacement of all oil filters, and associated maintenance checks. The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, special tools, expertise, supervision, and services requested to fulfill the requirements of this contract. All task specifications of this Statement of Work will herein be referred to as requirements. APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41. Site Visit A site visit will be scheduled for 11th December 2025 at 1:00 PM CST. All prospective offerers that do not have access to Offutt AFB shall submit the attached site visit access list to A1C Hunter Hendrix at hunter.hendrix.1@us.af.mil no later than 08th December 2025 at 11:00 AM CST.
