If a contract option is exercised, paint the respective components (except as otherwise noted) after the work in the contract option is completed. After completion, provide as-built reports that show as-built fits, backlashes, contact patterns and end floats. Initial inspection reports and as-built reports shall be required for all open gears, limit switch assemblies, and enclosed gears. Mark-up of the PDF for as-builts are acceptable. No CAD drawings shall be required for the as-builts. Provide new oil, grease, filters, fasteners, keys, and others as needed to get the Emergency Gate (E-Gate) machinery ready for operation.
